had been a war, and the civilization that now existed was known as Neo
Earth. It had been a mega war using bio-warfare with disease rampant and
deaths in the billions. When peace finally declared the entirety of
Earth`s population was less than two billion.
That was an extreme drop from the 7.6 billion humans prior to the war that was called the War of the Four Horsemen. The Earth was divided has it always had been but much it lay uninhabited. Still, the planet was one of the balances, militarized borders and powerful entities carrying out duties beneath the light of peace accords. Of course, negativity was balanced by positive entities with bringing glimmers of true light and the hope of civilization once more having the freedoms of the past.
200 hundred years after the first peace accord the planet was a world technology, agriculture and sustaining existence via military rule and diplomatic ties. Within it, Earthlings adjusted to all power struggles and found a balance. Yet, that all lay in ruling class powerful factions while most humans lived within whatever peace and traditions that they could.
Six groups that existed had various shades of negatives, positives, and political balances on Neo Earth. The six groups had many governments under their guardianship but they existed as larger entities based on pre-war borders. There was the Asian Empire, United Americas, European Alliance, Slavic Nationals, Mid-Eastern Empire and the Latin Consortium. They controlled all by signing an uneasy peace agreement every ten years.
During this year, the year of 2317 the accord was endangered due to the new female leader that ruled the United Americas. She wanted colonization and ownership of former Australia. She demanded to bring it into the Americas as a colony for it a newly found natural super drug that could heal several of the diseases that once ran rampant during the bio-warfare.
However, the others thought it unacceptable, and they plotted against her. She refuses to give in but as the conference begins she was confronted with the new chairperson of one of the groups.
