The Empress sits on the large gilded golden throne gazing about the stately ballroom that is of mythic gothic proportions. Her Imperial Highness knows that many seek her position and she is waiting for the aristocratic politics and more. Her struggle begins when a powerful Duchesse steps up to challenge her. Then right there in the midst of it, the Duchess takes the Empress`s life. When the Prince, the heir apparent hears that his family is completely dethroned he wants his rightful place but how can he when the female that he must usurp is the only female that he has ever felt worthy of being his.
No matter what there arrives a new age for the Night Children, an epoch where the clans of the vampiric congregate within the majestic luxury of the grandest imperial palace the supreme demonic race. The current royal family is divided due to past wars after the patriarchal heredity monarchy was overthrown. It occurred many decades ago. Then came in the reigning clan but it now had a young prince powerless as his uncle took power. The new Emperor Cedric the 4th made peace in all vampire realms and took a human bride in his last year of a reign. He was selfish like that. Then Cedric demanded things to be his way and so he ‘turned’ her into a Vampire. He gave her his essences to be showering her with immortality through rebirth, rebirth as a vampiress and she naturally became empress when he succumbed to a genetic defect that took him from life forever.
It all made a weak queen, a weak empire, and an imprisoned royal prince that had full rights to the throne. It is also a kingdom cloaked from humans but living vibrantly while experiencing the ensuing chaos of vampire wars and royal intrigues.
Shall there be:

The legend of Cain and Lilith - Vampiric Creation Myth
~ The Legend of Cain and Lilith ~
(Vampiric Creation Myth)
This myth begins with the very creation of man. Lilith, according to Hebrew/ Jewish texts, was the first woman created for Adam. She is his first wife and was to be the bearer of the first children of creation for humanity.
( 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he, him; male and female created he, them.
28 And God blessed them and God said unto them, Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth and subdue it.

She is seen as a model for feminism, because when Adam demanded that she always be on the bottom for... um... sleeping purposes, she grew angry. "Why must I always be on the bottom? I was made of the same stuff as you. I should be on the top equally." When Adam would not relent in his domination of her, she grew so angry that she uttered the holy name of God and vanished. God then had to make Eve for Adam, making her of his rib bone, rather than wholly dust, so that she would be attached to him and not leave as Lilith had done.
Lilith went out to the Red Sea, where she made a bargain with the angels who had been sent to fetch her back to Adam. She was allowed to stay out on her own, as a witch, mother of all demons. She was allowed to kill infants up until their naming day unless they had a charm over their sleeping place with the names of the angels on them. Then, she promised, she would not kill them. Lilith killed human children in retaliation for the thousands of her own demon children who were killed in wars between good and evil.
Then in comes Cain:
Cain was the firstborn son of Adam and Eve. He was banished, with a mark, from the land of his parents because he killed his brother in a jealous rage.
(10 What hast thou has done? The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground.
11 And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand;
12 When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee, her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth.
15 And the LORD said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him shall kill him."

According to vampire legend, Cain wandered until he found Lilith by the Red Sea. She took him in and showed him the power of blood. They bonded and became a couple out of wedlock and no holiness. From Cain and Lilith came a host of demons and vampires. This is the beginning race of the great and true vampiric nations.
And so they went out onto the Earth and do devour nations of humanity. These children of the night come in knowing they have been slain, have been devoured, have been hunted and made to be beneath all in creation. From the beginnings came many to form clans and societies within it all the classifications that are with any realm. These cans and demonic nation have come to the modern age of time knowing their creator shuns them but they still exist within the folds of time and night. These vampiric creatures do feast, play and carry on as a humanoid society would.
